How white label confidentiality works
Agencies trust us with their clients and their reputation. This page explains, in plain language, how we keep partner work private from the first message to the final handover.
NDA before details
We sign a mutual NDA before you share client names, files or project details. We can use your NDA or ours.
No client contact
We never contact, pitch or accept direct work from a partner client, during or after the project.
Unbranded work
No TekShove name in code comments, files, hosting accounts, emails or documentation.
Need to know access
Only the people working on your project can see its files and credentials.
Secure handover
Files, repositories and access are transferred to you, and our temporary access is removed on request.
No portfolio use
White label work is never shown in our portfolio or case studies without written permission.
How we handle logins and data
- Credentials are shared through a password manager or secure note, never in plain email
- Client data is used only for the project it was shared for
- Staging sites are password protected or hidden from search engines
- Backups and files are deleted on request after handover
If your client asks about us
We follow your lead. We can stay invisible, appear as part of your team, or join a call under your agency name. You decide.
